行動朝陽App隱私權保護政策

歡迎您使用「行動朝陽App」 (以下簡稱CyutApp)，為了讓您能安心的使用CyutApp與各項資訊服務，同時絕對尊重及保護您個人的隱私權，特此說明CyutApp的隱私權保護政策，請您詳閱以下內容：

一、適用範圍

以下的隱私權政策，適用於您使用CyutApp資訊服務時，所蒐集到的個人識別資料。但不適用於CyutApp以外的相關連結網站，也不適用於非CyutApp所委託或參與管理的人員。

二、資料之蒐集

  • 單純在CyutApp的瀏覽及檔案下載，不會蒐集任何有關個人身份資料。
  • CyutApp會紀錄部分身份驗證所需的Cookies，以及資安稽核所需的相關記錄，您使用連線設備的版本、型號、 IP 位址、使用時間或系統改善所需瀏覽資料統計紀錄。
  • CyutApp只會在您主動同意的情況下，為了提供您所需的服務，例如「緊急事件通報」，才會搜集您的GPS定位資訊，該定位資訊只進行一次性的收集，並且不會在背景狀態下收集您的定位資訊。
  • 使用CyutApp所提供的各項線上資訊服務時，各承辦單位可能會依需求請您提供其他的個人資料，您所提供的個人資料，將遵循中華民國「個人資料保護法」及相關法令規定，只作為該線上資訊服務管理之用，不會任意揭露予第三人或使用於蒐集目的以外之其他用途。

三、資料之處理與利用

CyutApp有權於符合特定目的或法令許可範圍內，對於向當事人取得之個人資料進行保管、利用、處理或傳輸，期間為自該項業務起始至該項業務結束止，或依相關法令規定保存期限者，利用地區為臺灣地區。

四、資料之保護

  • CyutApp有義務保護您的隱私，在未取得您的同意下，不會任意修改或刪除任何您的個人資料及檔案。除非經過您同意或符合以下情況始得為之：
    1. 經由合法的途徑。
    2. 保護當事人的權利或所有權。
    3. 為保護CyutApp各相關單位之權益。
  • 除了下列狀況外，CyutApp絕不會將您的個人資料揭露予第三人或使用於蒐集目的以外之其他用途：
    1. 配合司法單位合法的調查。
    2. 依法配合相關權責機關依職務需要之調查或使用。
    3. 符合相關法令與規範之安全保護要求下，進行網站服務維護及系統調整等作業。
  • CyutApp伺服器設有相關的資訊安全防護措施，以保護網站及您的個人資料，只由經過授權的人員才能接觸您的個人資料；相關處理人員皆簽有資訊保密協議，如有違反資訊保密義務者，將會受到相關的處分。

五、個人應盡之義務

  • 妥善保管個人帳號密碼，是CyutApp各相關業務單位與您共同的責任。
  • 每次連線完畢，均應登出系統，以保護個人帳號不會遭到其他人濫用。若您啟用自動登入選項，則建議您務必啟用螢幕保護密碼，以防止他人可輕易使用您的身份操作CyutApp。
  • 所有網路連線使用行為均應遵循相關法律規範。

六、隱私權保護政策之修訂

CyutApp隱私權保護政策得因應國家法令、資訊技術及本校校務等最新發展現況，進行適當之修訂。

CYUT Mobile App (CyutApp) Privacy Policy

Welcome to "行動朝陽App" (hereinafter referred to as "CyutApp"). To help you use CyutApp and its information services with confidence, and because we fully respect and protect your personal privacy, we hereby set out CyutApp's Privacy Policy. Please read the following carefully:

1. Scope of Application

This Privacy Policy applies to the personally identifiable information collected when you use CyutApp's information services. It does not apply to any linked websites outside of CyutApp, nor to any personnel not commissioned or managed by CyutApp.

2. Collection of Information

  • Simply browsing CyutApp or downloading files does not collect any personal identity information.
  • CyutApp records certain cookies required for authentication, along with records required for information security auditing — the version and model of the device you use to connect, your IP address, usage time, and browsing statistics needed for system improvement.
  • CyutApp collects your GPS location information only with your active consent, and only to provide a service you request, such as the "Emergency Incident Report" feature. That location information is collected only once per use and is never collected in the background.
  • When using CyutApp's various online information services, the unit responsible for a given service may, as needed, ask you to provide additional personal information. Any personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with the Republic of China's Personal Data Protection Act and related regulations, used only for the administration of that specific online service, and will not be arbitrarily disclosed to third parties or used for any purpose beyond the purpose for which it was collected.

3. Processing and Use of Information

CyutApp is entitled, within the scope permitted by a specific purpose or by law, to store, use, process, or transmit personal information obtained from data subjects, for a period beginning when the relevant business starts and ending when it concludes (or for whatever retention period applicable laws and regulations require), used within the Taiwan region.

4. Protection of Information

  • CyutApp is obligated to protect your privacy and will not arbitrarily modify or delete any of your personal information or files without your consent, except with your consent or under the following circumstances:
    1. Through a lawful process.
    2. To protect the rights or ownership interests of the data subject.
    3. To protect the rights and interests of CyutApp's relevant units.
  • Except in the following circumstances, CyutApp will never disclose your personal information to third parties or use it for any purpose beyond the purpose for which it was collected:
    1. To cooperate with a lawful investigation by judicial authorities.
    2. To cooperate, as required by law, with an investigation or use by a competent authority in the course of its duties.
    3. To carry out website service maintenance and system adjustments, etc., under the security-protection requirements of applicable laws and regulations.
  • CyutApp's servers are equipped with appropriate information-security safeguards to protect the website and your personal information; only authorized personnel may access your personal information. All relevant personnel have signed confidentiality agreements, and anyone who violates their confidentiality obligations will be subject to appropriate disciplinary action.

5. Your Obligations

  • Properly safeguarding your personal account and password is a shared responsibility between you and CyutApp's relevant business units.
  • You should log out of the system after every session, to protect your account from misuse by others. If you enable the auto-login option, we recommend you also enable a screen-lock password, to prevent others from easily using your identity to operate CyutApp.
  • All use of network connections must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Revisions to this Privacy Policy

CyutApp's Privacy Policy may be revised as appropriate in response to national laws and regulations, information technology, and the latest developments in the University's operations.
